I figgered I'd post something here eventually. Here's a very basic step by step on how I created the 'Rugby' head from cross stitching mesh and foam, as well as his moving jaw!

What did you use for the jaw hinge?
I've made the mesh part, but I'm concerned that when I glue on the foam, that my meshwork will collapse. Did you use a special kind of foam?
as much as i want a suit, they're so expensive to make or buy ;;
Never thought to use cross-stitching mesh....very cool!

the pupil eyes on it are usually made of a plastic mesh thing that you can see through ^w^
What exactly did you use to hinge the jaw?
